Services:

Lash Extensions

DO NOT come with any makeup on or around eyes

Permanent Makeup

Please come with makeup on your brows, how you do them everyday! This way we can see how you like them! 

LATE:

Please arrive on time to your appointment. Arriving 15 minutes after your appointment will result in 25% of the service charged on top of the total service cost. Being late affects multiple things, please be considerate of others. If you know you will be late please send a text ASAP!

NO SHOW:

15 minutes past your appointment start time, you will be charged as a no-show, 100% of service cost. You will be required to pay a deposit before rebooking.

Cancelation Policy:

We have a strict 24 hour cancelation policy. If you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment, your card will be charged 50% of the service cost. If there is an emergency or you are sick please text 250-718-3001 ASAP.

After your service:

If you have ANY problems related to your service within 48 hrs, we will try our best to correct it at no cost. After 48 hrs there will be a fee.

Products:

All product sales are final, unless damaged.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

For damaged products, we will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
