Please be mindful of the following…

DO NOT COME TO YOUR APPOINTMENT IF SICK!!!

For lash extensions, DO NOT come with any makeup on or around eyes.

Before booking your first appointment, you will be asked to provide a credit card. This is incase of being late or no-showing your appointment. This will be charged accordingly.

48 Hour Policy:
If you have ANY problems related to your service within 48 hrs, we will try our best to correct it at no cost. After 48 hrs there may be a fee.

LATE:

Please arrive on time to your appointment. Being 15 minutes late will result in 25% of the service charged to your card on top of the total service cost. Being late effects multiple things, please be considerate of others.

NO SHOW:

15 minutes past your appointment start time, you will be charged as a no-show, 100% of service cost. You will be required to pay a deposit before rebooking.

Cancelation Policy:

We have a strict 24 hour cancelation policy. If you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment, your card will be charged 50% of the service cost. If there is an emergency or you are sick please text 250-718-3001 ASAP.
